Clerks

Contact with Chambers is in the first instance likely to be through its very experienced and professional clerks' room. Graham Islin, Dave Scothern and Ryan Bartlett have chalked up more years as clerks than they would care to mention. Ably assisted by Josh Rand (Junior Clerk) and Ravi Cherical (Administrator), they can offer advice and assistance on all areas of chambers practice.

The clerks maintain excellent relationships with court listings offices, and will do their utmost to ensure that our clients' cases receive priority. Likewise they can offer assistance in liaison with the National Taxing Team and High Cost Cases Unit in dealing with costs applications and fee arrangements.

When discussing fees the clerks will be able to provide you with an initial estimate for the proposed work and can quote hourly rates for individual barristers. We are happy to discuss fee structures to ensure a competitive and flexible service to our clients.
